Frosty John's Pub and Restaurant

Loved their Braised Beef Tacos and Poutine. The quality and portion size comparaed to the price, makes them a steal. Also, the service and atmosphere is great. If you are looking for a pub vibe with good food and service in the neighborhood, this place is highly recommended.

Our service was absolutely horrible this evening. The waitress only came by after we were basically finished eating to ask if my boyfriend wanted another beer.... had she paid attention she would see that he hardly even touched his food. He ordered fish and chips, and was not offered any ketchup or tarter sauce.... nor did she ever come back to see if we wanted anything or how our food was. Anyways ive been coming here for years... and usually its great.

Our server had a great personality and was definitely friendly the few times she graced our table.nnDrink orders were taken the moment we sat down. I waited 40 minutes to get my beer and when it arrived, it was flat.nn30 minutes later, the server finally returned to take our food orders. I ordered another beer because I'd finished mine by then, but it never came.nnWe never received any napkins. The server never came back to the table and you couldn't even wave her down when she was cashing out the table next to us because she flitted away without even scanning her section.nnI get it was busy. It was Tuesday wing night and there was some excuse about a power outage. But a meal should not take 3 hours when all you get is one beer and an entree with no appetizers or dessert.
