Great Customer Service and very professional. I can't thank Jonathan enough for fixing an issue with my service that the customer service rep over the phone created. I'll never call Videotron Customer Service again they're worse than Bell! when I know I'll get the best service from Jonathan and the team there.

Excellent and Professional service in the store the salesperson was very helpful in helping me to select my channels and explaining to me how the system works. The technician that installed the system at my home was professional and he followed the Covid-19 protocol.

Incompetence and bad management decisions - that's how I would describe my experience at this store. I came with a defective phone that I got from them, didn't have the problem solved, instead I received a very arrogant attitude. My problem was solved at Vaudreuil store - totally different approachvery positive and professional. Overall I am happy with Videotron services, is just for them to consider that some of their stores should be inspected.

There's only so much you can praise an individual, but Jon Cussen should be hailed as Mr.Videotron. He is by far the only reason I have stuck around with videotron for so many years. I moved far recently and instead of getting a closer provider I stick with videotron/ile perrot boutique because I know if there's something I need help with, Jon is there.This man is not paid enough for the quality of service he provides to the customer.

Switched from Rogers to Videotron 2 years ago. I cant say enough good things about Videotron but specifically the care and customer service I received from the Ile Perrot location. They have been extremely helpful, addressing my residential and business needs. Extremely well managed staff that are well trained and happy to help. In such a competitive industry its this type of service that really sets them apart. I live on island and probably pass 4 Videotron stores on my way to Ile Perrot but I insist on continuing to give this location my support and to refer friends!!!

Mathieu was great. He had called last week to set up an appointment. We went in today. He was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions.

Worst customer service when it comes to technicien dispatch. Could not provided a specific time. Called 5 times and was told numerous different time. Technicien didn't show up on time. Customer service unaware of what happened and where is the technicien.

Good staff I have been going there for last 6 years whatever I have gone there for it was done no matter how long it takes good store and great service
