Ordered a takeout pizza and was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. It was ready right on time, which I really appreciated since I was in a rush. The staff member at the front noticed us pulling in and brought the pizza out as I walked in—super friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Easily 5/5 for customer service!nnThe only downside was the price—$40 for a large pizza felt a bit steep.nnOverall, great experience despite the cost.
Review from June 15th - we came in for a late dinner and the place was packed. Only one server and another server actually came back to the restaurant to help her out. People were rude, people left, I can't imagine why. Yes things took a bit longer, the girls were professional and as efficient as they could be. Food was fine. Management should acknowledge the servers, I've worked as a Chef for 10 years and those two, especially the woman who came back to work are rare! Thanks ladies!
Good ol' reliable Lindsay BP! It's always a good time here, and great service from Jenica. She had the patience to let my kindergartener practice ordering by herself and it made our night!
Dining inside this restaurant is always a great experience, but for some reason, the people who are in charge of take out just can’t get it right. Previously, I had to call because items were missing upon delivery, and management called me a liar. I had to go into the restaurant to show proof, and barely received a half apology for the items being different from the app to the restaurant. But this time, is the final straw. Getting actual plastic wrapper in our food, that has been baked in. It’s disgusting. I’m so unimpressed with this restaurants take out service. I don’t even want to call this time because of the previous experience where I was told that I was a liar. I’m at a loss. My husband wanted a nice snack after an extremely hectic day, and it’s just gross.
Sara provided incredible service. She was attentive and personable. The bar side was very clean. Food was great. Drinks were fantastic and made very quickly! We had a great time!
