Boston Pizza

This was my first visit to this location. I brought my 4-year-old to see Paw Patrol for their March Break events. The food was great! I appreciated their customer service although I had to wait a number of minutes before someone came to the front to seat us. Unfortunately they didn't have the accurate Skye costume and my son was quick to point that out. The activity table was a great initiative for the children!

Good was good. Waitress service left everything to be desired. She was talking to another waitress while taking our order. She never asked if everything was good. She forgot to bring my grandson's ice cream. She seemed to lack what it takes. Poor service. Good food.

Ordered a pizzaburger and it was terribly undercooked. Bacon was chewy and the dough was stretchy like mozzarella. Disgusting.

Worst Customer Service.. just left There after sitting in dinning room for 15mins had one server look us in the face sitting there and walk on and another two also look at us and continue the convo in the back corner table... Didn't know dinning room was closed until another two people walked in and were told to seat in the bar. The funny thing is when I mention in group serve is horrible one in the group said it happened to them last week they up and left and went to McDonalds instead haha..i definitively would recommend here

We went in there for our anniversary, just to have a drink and a plate of dessert to celebrate. This was about a month ago, maybe around 8:30-9pm. The hostess asked where we would like to be seated and we requested the dining room for it to be more quiet. She asked the (maybe??) manager who was counting the till if she could seat us there and she rolled her eyes and said “I guess so.” I looked at my husband and told the hostess that it didn’t sound like it was okay and that we can go to the bar if there’s any issue, and I tried to laugh it off as if it was no big deal. The manager glared at me and rudely said, “We’re closing down, but sit wherever.” It was around 9 pm on a thursday (they’re open until 2am!!) We ended up being sat in the dining room, which resulted in us feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwanted after the incident with whatever she was, we completely lost interest in being there at all and apologized to the hostess (who was apologetic and understanding....hmm, wonder how many times that has happened then!) and said we’d be leaving. The manager was still at the front and didn’t say a word as we left. I wish I got her name before we left but she didn’t have a tag on. We will never be going back, which is sad considering it was our favourite place to go in Ajax and holds sentimental feelings. She needs to be taught manners and decorum. Especially if she’s dealing with customers.
