Service has been getting worse. Servers with their long hair down flopping around in peoples food. Our food arrived luke warm at best, wrong side dish. We had to flag a manager down as our server walked by too fast to get her attention. She never came to the table once to ask how things were. The manager packed up the remaining dish then the server walked by and tossed it on the table with a very sour look. Been going here for years but I think it’s time to look for a new local place to dine out.

Giving one star is too generous. I went out with my boyfriend, his mother, and her boyfriend to this location. The service was complete garbage. Waited and waited to order, had to call another waitress over to get ours. When asking about the special, we asked for managers assistance and he came over and argued with us. We waited and waited for our appetizer to come and when it finally did come the food was room temperature at best. When we got our meal the plates were hot but the food was not. One of the orders wasn't correct and the garlic toast was cold. The waitress never cleared a plate. NOT ONCE! Our server didn't even bring us our meal she had the hostess do it even though the restaurant was nearly empty, I counted 6 tables in the entire restaurant and 2 waitresses. The other waitress on the floor was doing absolutely amazing with her tables. When we got our bills, the hostess brought it to us, we were double charged for one meal and added in a dip. We asked that it be changed and they removed the one meal and then the hostess said that the dip would be too hard to remove? We asked to see the manager and he comes over asks what the problem is in such a way that was so unprofessional and like he didn't give a **** He corrected our bill and when we handed him our money he took it and stormed off. Never in my life have I had such terrible service!

This is a rating on our service only. Forgot my buddies warm water with a lemon. Took too long to ask us for our mains. Not the servers fault. Just under staffed in the weekday evenings. But... the owner is a good guy, probably.

I am absolutely disappointed with this location, my sister and my self wanted to have a nice dinner with our kids ( 2 toddlers and a 8 month old) and the hostess were a completely joke! As soon as we arrived this very young hostes looked at us and literally rolled her eyes As she see us arriving with toddlers, she literally rolled her eyes at us. We asked for 2 high chairs and said sure I will be right back, after a minute she came back and said the wait was 30 minuets as they didn’t have any service for us to help! We WERE IN SHOCK! these three unprofessional young hostess were smiling and laughing as we walk Out! NEVER EVER COMING BACK to this location! Hope the manager does something about this because I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant just because I am a mom of a toddler
