Did not receive the sauce with my meal, explained to my server the misunderstanding and she said no to getting me the sauce that came with my meal. My fries were also very undercooked and had to wait 15 minutes after my meal came to receive ketchup. After mentioning this to my server I waited another 10 mins for the sauce by which time my whole meal was cold. Normally the customer is right but clearly not at this location. I paid almost 200$ for bullshit food and service. Will not be returning to this joke of a location! Also was not overly busy or anything, if that was the case we’d be more understanding.

Called at 6:15 asked for 2 orders of shrimp tacos with fries. Was told it would be ready at 6:30, figured that was a bit quick considering it’s always busy on a Friday night. Got there and payed got home to find I got the regular fish tacos witch was fine they were good simple mix up over the phone, but the fries were cold inside and not even close to cooked had to put them in the oven for them to be even edible. Quite disappointing.

I love the fish tacos, but today it was very little fish and over crispy the waitress the atmosphere is always phenomenal, but I have to say I’m very disappointed in this dinner

Went for lunch and was highly disappointed. Fries were crazy undercooked basically raw. The meal I ordered did not come as described, then when I asked the waitress she was very rude and I didn’t receive the proper meal. Unbelievable for 200$!

Had supper with my son's and girlfriend. They sat us at far corner table while there looked to be lots empty seats. It was freezing. The girl dropped menus in front of us said waitress would be there to take our orders. She came we got drinks. Ordered our food. 20 minutes we got our food. The pizza was undercooked. She never came back to ask how food was. My son asked for alcohol beverage which never came. I said check the bill. Sure enough it was there. The service and food has gone down hill. This was my second time here in a month and the last time was mother's day and it was an even worse experience which I wasn't even going to come back. But kids wanted to.
