Boston Pizza

We waited for less than 3 minutes to be seated, The lady was super sweet and asked where we would like to sit. Once we were seated our waitress was the sweetest. I wish I knew her name. Me and my boyfriend had a great experience and we both said she was excellent. We were there for less than an hour. Food came out so fast as well. This group of worker are excellent. Thank you to the managers and the waiters and hostess. Thank you kitchen for the amazing food. Will definitely be going back!!

We have been here many times, and everything has been great. The food is always good, and the staff is friendly. Lots of parking, and easy to find.nToday we are here for my son's birthday 23as Boston Pizza is his first choice for his birthday.nWe will come again, cause we always know we will get great food, clean safe atmosphere, and good service.nGoderich has many great experiences and if you here for a while and want one more I would recommend.

When to boston pizza Tuesday night after 9:00pm for App hour. We had menus and where using the the electronic menu on the table that show app hour deals. We order the Bandera Bread and Thai Bites . Food was good as always. Drink refilled no issues. Was a slow night. But getting a bill realizing no discount. Mention to are waitresses so only adjustable the bread to the cheaper price not the Thai bites. Info us they are different size serving . I had no idea no where dose it state this. And was never told this at other boston pizzas. And inform it's usually 3pm to 5pm. App hour. But yet it's on the website from 9pm to close. Just disappointed we were never ask if were having app hour or regular size. Then only discounted on the one. Because are waitresses never ask or told us during the ordering I just assumed it would automatically be applied to the bill. Just feel there was lacking of knowledge or training. Because are waitresses was very good otherwise.

Due to having small kids, we order takeout rather than eating in restaurant to make life easier - however this Boston pizza location more often than not forgets to put items in the bag or makes errors in the orders. On multiple occasions they have forgotten sides, dips etc. and even an entree in one case. In December they tried to give me someone else’s order and did not seem to care nor be receptive that what they were trying to give us wasn’t ours. The most recent time we went in to get forgotten items, the hostess did not seem to care and asked us if we had remembered to check the food boxes - no apologies were given. The odd time we’ve been in the restaurant it has been fine.

Exceptional food, professional service, and an inviting atmosphere. Every aspect of the experience was excellent, from the quality of the meals to the attentiveness of the staff. Boston Pizza consistently delivers a top-notch dining experience. Highly recommended.
