Food was good, we had BBQ chicken pizza. It was delicious and flavourful if you like a bit sweet flavor, well baked base. I liked the crust. A large pizza was more than enough for 3 people along with drinks and side dish. Excellent ambience, we were enjoying golf and boxing matches on in house screens, walls are decorated with NHL, baseball and football legends.
Been ordering delivery from here for a while. I'm not sure what has changed, but, something definitely has. I ordered delivery a couple of months ago and ordered a kids burger, and added cheese and bacon for an extra charge. When the food was delivered, there was no cheese or bacon in sight. I called to let them know that maybe some quality assurance should be done, especially if you are charging extra for the items. Thought I would give them another chance and I recently ordered 2 chicken pecan salads. After delivery, I checked the items...... Yup.... Missing pecans for both salads....really....pecans is in the name of the dish you serve! After my last experience, I decided to call them back.... I want my pecans. After 45min, I called again and was told that they were delivered...... Unfortunately, it wasn't to my residence. Done with this place. So sad. If this has happened to me on my last 2 orders, I must be pretty unlucky, or, the standard has definitely been lowered. I'm sure this post will be followed by the automated general response.
I loved the Burger, and mom loved the Tacos! The time I came they also had live music. Server Christina was so friendly, and the establishment was clean as well! This place rocks! I’ll definitely return!!!
Want to give a huge shout out to Boston pizza staff last evening around 4. They were amazing and they could take my 20 month olds loud stories. Plus the customers were amazing last light to and didn't tell us to keep him quite.
We had a wonderful dinner here tonight. Zekiah not sure of the spelling was our server and he was friendly and very helpful. Excellent night out with 4 kids.
Amazing waitress Friday night.Dined in!!! Jacklyn C went out of her way to accommodate me when I asked for different seating as I have a back injury.Her ordering memory was very impressive without paper notes.Highly recommend Alliston location.

We have eaten here countless times and used to routinely order take out. Everything used to be great. I'm not sure if management changed or what but it's went downhill hard. We will not be returning. Service is horrendous and when there is an issue with your order the manager working does nothing to fix the issue or compensate you for the inconvenience. It's like they don't care anymore. I've been placed on hold for 10+ minutes to place an order only to be told they aren't accepting takeout orders anymore for the evening. The server on the phone said she would ask her manager if we could place one last order since we were waiting so long. The managers response? "No." Lots of other options around, try them!
Mixed review. Our waitress was Lauren. She was really nice but wearing way too much perfume. Actually made it unpleasant every time she came by the table. Food was ok. My partner didn’t enjoy his though. Soggy fries and didn’t get ketchup brought for almost 10 mins after asking for it. Overall.. kinda just OK experience.
