Went late the other night and ordered a mcdouble and a junior chicken. They only have drive thru open and they're short staffed. Mcdouble came dressed right but the junior chicken came dressed as a mcdouble with a chicken patty... My boyfriend has an allergy to onions so he could not eat his junior chicken... I get you are short staffed but just make up another bun if you mess up and not just "oh well might be good ‍"

we are in alliston and visit this McDonald. Very clean nice restaurant.  Very friendly staffs.

When I go for breakfast Faziela is always there with a smile on her face making sure my tea is just right and is always pleasant! I visit this location multiple times a week at all time of day and I've almost never had any issues at this McDonald's, and any I did have were quickly rectified. Keep it up!

They always get a triple triple coffee wrong or it tastes like it just came from the side of the wall. There food is okay half the time but be sure to wait atleast an hour just for a soft serve. Slower than any other McDonald's and weird customer service employees who mostly do more talking then getting anything done.Food: 3/5

I want to start off by saying the staff have always been great. However I do not think the owners actually care about the staff or the customers. The reason I say this is every single time I go to this McDonald’s they have me pull over into one of their designated waiting spots through the drive-through because they never have food ready. And for the most part I’m OK if I only have to wait a minute or two. Today I placed my order went into one of the parking spots and they made me wait in for 15 minutes and I still did not get my order. I was already late for an event so I had to leave without getting my order. I did not want to go inside and cause a scene because I don’t blame the employees I blame the owners for not adequately training their staff or having enough staff working to ensure timely service. The owners clearly do not care about their customers or their employees. I am willing to amend my review based on the owners response but judging by the rest of the bad reviews without the owners addressing them as they should I don’t see anything changing.

We were actually quite surprised when we ordered our breakfast and our server Faziela who was just so pleasant and wonderful by the way. Said for us to have seat and she would serve us at our table. It was very refreshing to have this kind of service from a McDonald's

Love this mcdonalds. Very friendly staff. Shout out to my fav Faziela shes such a lovely lady always ready to help with a smile. Whenever shes there i nvr have to wait long

I am a door dasher and frequent this location often. The staff work hard and go out of their way to try to make their customers feel welcome and happy with their experience at this restaurant. Shout out to Fazila, Jen, Kaylee, and Kyler; they are a few of the awesome,  hard working, employees who  I look forward to seeing when I visit this location.

Faziela took our order, she was very sweet and efficient. She encouraged us to try a new sandwich combo. The Mccrispy chicken and we enjoyed it very much. I watched her as she served other people, she definitely enjoys her work and is well liked.

So we Moved to Alliston in December and have had nothing but the Worst experiences at this McDonalds. Out of 20 visits 2 of them were OK. Every single time our orders are Messed up so bad and quality is absolutely Garbage. It's a bunch of Teenagers there at night with Hip Hop blaring in the back, their running around playing and dancing like idiots. They consistently screw our orders up. It's ridiculous. Double Big Mac is a Regular, super size fries is regular size and they are cold. Last night Mc Crispy Delux Sandwhich had no Bacon and the Chicken was the one from Jr Chicken. They need to Fire everyone and rebuild that locations staff.
