As usual, great experience with Boston Pizza. They follow covid 19 measures. Allowing entry to those who are fully vaccinated, after seeing the proof of vaccination. We ordered their Holiday menu items for dinner and drinks. Holiday Sangria was my favourite. In food we loved the Cactus Nachos and creamy mushroom and spinach bake. Food was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.
Great stop for lunch! Restaurant was clean, server was friendly, and food was served quickly and exactly as we ordered it. Our first time at Boston Pizza was a great experience! My daughter loved the fresh squeezed lemonade!
We start our experience walking into the waiting area full of people. I look around and see at least 11tables from where I am open, clean, and set. I think to myself it's okay they will let us soon. We are told at least 20 minutes because they are under staffed. They asked for our phone number not name and we went to wait. 30 minutes later and two parties who came in after us, we decided to ask what was going on. The response that we got was not only rude but dismissive. The host said "oh I thought you had left" We then had to wait another 5 minutes to get seated. Not a good impression. The food was generally what we've come to expect from Boston Pizza but WOW! Whitehorse is known for its bad service but this takes it to another level. Will not be coming again. Congratulations Boston Pizza Whitehorse you've permanently lost us as customers and we will be communicating this story to anyone who will listen
I ordered some supper from Boston Pizza in Whitehorse and waited 1hr 45min before calling. They said they were out of ingredients for the items I had ordered and said they had called me which is a blatant lie. Don't they know I have call log on my smart phone? The person answering the phone at BPs was very non-apologetic and clearly didn't care. I order fairly often from them but not anymore. They've lost my business. Like they care...
The service is not good. Ordered soup, main course, desert and drink. The soup and main dish came, not the drink. Had to ask another waitress for it. Not once did the waiter came by and asked if everything is OK. Drink never refilled. Saw that my main dish is finished and just ignored me for the desert. Have to ask again for it. Management is not training their staff properly.
foods pretty good, but I had to wait an hour for my food to be delivered. It said it would arrive at approximately 7:49pm but it came at 8:49 instead, at that point its cold and It’s hard to say that it was worth the wait. This isn’t even the first time this has happened. Disappointing, if u aren’t patient enough I do not recommend delivery.
Boston pizza is not how it use to be! Horrible customer service! Waitress was very rude and when we asked what there was for drink options she said read the menu in a snarling way and got our order wrong on top of everything and then told the manager that we were lying about what we ordered and the manager was taking her side and also being rude towards us saying this is what you ordered so we returned the food because it wasn't what we ordered and the manager right in front of us loudly enough said to the waitress what a waste so we would hear it even though they messed up on our order. We left without finishing! Never eating there again!
I have went out to Boston Pizza many times throughout my life either for lunch or for dinner. I have always thought that the food and the customer service was amazing. My family went out tonight for dinner and our experience wasn't good in fact it was terrible. Our waitress wasn't kind as they have been in the past, she was very rude and her service was unprofessional. When we were ordering our drinks we couldn't find the non-alcoholic section, so I asked her what the drink options were and she told us to read the menu. I have loved BP's baby bellinis before, so I asked for a virgin bellini and she told me that they couldn't make it and minutes later told my partner after he asked for a baby bellini that they could make it. When she came back she told us that it couldn't be made. Later, we ordered our main course and I ordered lasagna with a side of caesar salad and my partner ordered his meal. She served our meals and I was served a plate of caesar salad not a side like I asked her for. We asked if this was the side and she said no the lasagna doesn't come with a side, and we told her that she said there was a side. We asked to return the food and my partner said that he was going to get another waitress and she grabbed the manager, who didn't look impressed and asked us what was going on. We told her what happened and the waitress denied all that she said infront of her manager and as the manager was leaving with the waitress we could hear the manager talking rude when in the end it was not our faults. I won't be going out to eat there because of the poor customer service experience that we had.
Very unfriendly attitude of the staff. They asked us not to wait and go..if limited seating is available then say that and don't put people on waiting. Never had such a bad experience at Boston pizza...
Boston Pizza has brought back the quality and quantity. Occasional wait for service with new staff in rotation, but worth it. Update - Great food, service, and atmosphere! Love to see it!
