KFC

I ordered chicken bucket drive-thru a few days ago. Their chicken is not crispy or crunch. Soiled with oil, it tastes yucky to chew. I can’t help but to get an impression that the store wants to save a few bucks from frying chicken at low heat.

Food was ready super fast, but they didnt give me any sauce with my ultimate box meal, and the chicken strip was cold. Just looked at my receipt and it says 'no dip cup'. If i ordered a box meal with a chicken strip and popcorn chicken why would i say no dip?

I’ve been here 4 times now, ordered a famous chicken sandwich. 3 of the times I got a Big Crunch or another sandwich. Repeatedly give the wrong order

Good food when you get it, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! Twice now I have had things left out of the bag, tomorrow I'm going to take my receipt in and they better honor what they left out or refund me since the first time they told me they couldn't do anything without a receipt.

They gave me the wrong order in the drive-through so I called and asked if they could replace it. They said no, and the phone conversation ended. McDonald's, in this exact same case in the past during a similar mixup gave me a voucher for what I wanted, attached to my phone number for next time. McDonald's has better customer service!

I go here more often than I'm willing to admit. The chicken is great. The staff are friendly. My only complaint is that they aren't willing replace my fries with a macaroni salad when I order the three piece meal.

Went there recently with a friend. We were sharing a three piece meal with gravy. Staff was very nice let me say that. So we go home and open up and there sat a small amount of cold fries scattered in a huge box with three of the smallest pieces of chicken i've ever seen. We didnt take back cause we live a bit away. There was a mini leg, mini wing and a mini thigh. We laughed so hard. Plus we were charged more for all brown meat which was suppose to be thighs.lol KFC GET IT TOGETHER. I can only imagine how staff feels sending that out

Worst KFC ever... Order was incorrect, young clerk would not listen long enough to hear our order, food was substandard. Blah..
