Boy at the counter was really nice, pizza was good. :
The worst pizza hut I've ever been to. It use to be great but now they can't get a simple pepperoni pizza right. They now put the pepperoni under the cheese rather than the top. I went from ordering pizza hut a few times a month to none now. They've ruined a good thing.
Ok so everything is more expensive in the north for obvious reasons. But can you imagine if all your groceries were a third more expensive than anywhere else? That is what you get charged at Whitehorse Pizza Hut. I went to Vancouver and ordered 3 large pizzas for my family and it came to $30 cheaper than here. The markup here is insane and it's just not believable that it costs pizza hut so much more for their ingredients than any other food service. Pizza 555 is 777 here. A daily deal pizza for 15 bucks in Vancouver or Calgary is $25 here. I can't believe they stay in business. The pizza is as good as other pizza huts and the kids at the counter are friendly. If it weren't for the steak and lobster price of franchise pizza, it would be great.
We came here from Calgary for work and ordered our custom vegetarian pizza. It was great in taste, quality and spice level. Good customer service- Sidhu Contracting Ltd
I love this place!!! The staff are amazing ... especially the delivery driver and his wife that work mon-fri. Food always comes fast and delicious. Yummy. Now this is a Ceasar salad
Last few times I got a pizza they’ve had nearly raw dough
Pizza Hut in Whitehorse is an interesting case. On one hand, they are my preference in chain, pizza place in town. On the other hand, they will charge you extra money for deals you find online, for no good reason. Their explanation is that it costs more because it takes longer to transport the food, but I don’t think that justifies a $10 up-charge.
Prices you initially see online don't always reflect actual prices, since we live in the North. Of course, you never find out the actual price until you're at the checkout. This happened to me tonight, and I decided to order elsewhere. There is no buffet option anymore, sadly. The buffet was great value.
Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza. Crispy, tender crust. Fresh toppings, great stringy, gooey cheese. My personal supreme did not disappoint. Not an eat-in restaurant any more. The atmosphere was serviceable rather than homey. Not licensed.
Accidents and misunderstandings happens of course. However everyone who works there always follows up with issues. If they'd recognize your account and see something is off they'd phone to confirm. Almost feels like a local business. Serious tho. It's no longer about the food I call in now, it'd just the effort they make and knowing they don't treat you like some person. They really do value customers and do thier best, even the drivers. Give em' a chance if they do accidentally make a mistake or miscommunication occurs.
