The convenient access to parking and the building make this an easy choice for the south part of the city. Beautiful decor and friendly staff provide a wonderful welcome to the spa and shop. The entire place is very clean. Every room for the various services private and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable rates for the individual therapies and services as well as the package rates. I need to book a "me day" and go to the Spa! The knowledgeable staff at the shop will guide you through the different supplements, gifts, candles, oils and offer suggestions for your particular need. Great family owned business.

It has an area for meditating on the treatment rooms side. Plus a seating area/ reception that is unique in this day and age of get em in get em out mentality. New Age music, water fountain feature all very Feng Shui. Now if they could make an outside feature for healing and meditation too..

New age atmosphere if it was the 90's. I've been here numerous times, only because a friend always wants to go. Otherwise, I would not go here. If you're looking for overpriced natural products, crystals, or ear candles, you can find them here. Everyone is friendly, but scheduled appts never start on time, and usually extend way past their limit. Supposedly exclusive products are found at other non-affiliated locations in town.

Wonderful spa & Health store! The ambiance and services are awesome and Sadra has an amazing selection of products. Highly recommend!
