A1 Nail Pampers

My mom and I went here for pedicures. Her came out nice, mine did not. The lady seemed rush and after she was done I told another worker that I was not happy. The polish was applied horribly and the design looked like a preschoolers art project. She took if off and restarted, the results were better but not great. If you get a younger guy like my mom did, your toes will come out looking pretty. If you get a middle aged women, run.Service: Pedicure

First timer here. I live near by in st.norbert and thought I would try somewhere closer. Usually I go all the way down on Roblin to my regular salon. But with this last minute plans. It needed to be done. The reviews on here are alittle deceiving. But I took the chance anyways. The environment is so clean and friendly. The girl who did my nails did such an amazing job. She was quick, very persistent as my one nail tip chipped and made it look like perfection. I would definitely come back next time and try a pedicure.

They’re friendly, professional, and I always get compliments on my nails from others because they do a really good job. I went as an walk in to get my nails done. I wanted something to keep my nails hard and durable. Was the worst place ever! The lady was super friendly but her service was really bad. I was so sad that I had to go to another place to remove and get my nails done again. Unfortunately I will never go back there again!Service: Manicure

The reception is friendly and so is the environment, it's $40 for a fill. My nails were long due for a refill and I had also few nails broken off, they ONLY charged me $40 regardless, which i was positively suprised by. I used to be a regular customer at a different place, but due to the far distance and partially dissatisfication, I switched to A1. I was very hesitant because of all the negative reviews, give them a try before you missjudge by the reviews.

First time here and service is horrible! Nails come out chunky and cricked. Tried to communicate what I want and she rolled her eyes. Will not be returning. Hopefully you guys find a better salon to get service.Service: Manicure

I went to get my nails done for my birthday. I showed the picture with the drink and got done this. The lady was constantly talking to her co-worker, was not careful at all and when i went to get my toes done she realized that she cant use the same poweder to make them match!!! I am furious!!! Worst place!!!! * TOOK TWO HOURS TO DO MY GEL REFILL AND DIDNT REMOVE PREVIOUS NAIL POLICE WELL THUS, YOU CAN SEE BROWN NAIL POLISH UNDERNEATH THE GLITTER! WTH

One employee gave me a foot massage for totally less time than a white customer. I think that's totally discriminatory.

Customer service isnt very great. Most of them have a hard time understanding us. Unfortunately because of that, the end results are not exactly we asked for.

The staff is very friendly. I get pedicures there and I am very pleased with my time there and the results.the salon is clean and beautiful inside. I would recommend this Salon.Service: Pedicure
