My experience at Ascension Borgess Health was exactly as it should have been. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. The doctor was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The doctor was very thorough, making sure that I would be completely cleared for my future surgery! Over all I DEFINITELY would recommend Ascension Borgess Health Care to my family and friends!!!!!
Dr.William Lepenna is always friendly and takes time to talk. My sister worked with him in the Cath lab for years and I'm lucky to have him as a cardiologist. He's an asset to your team.
Been here over an hour.. noone knows anything!!! Customer service is lacking!!! GO TO BRONSON. Three Rivers sent us here. The nurse helped us a few times
I was very satisfied with my service, and very pleased to meet my new Dr. William Lapenna. He took the time with me and answered all my questions. My husband is going to see him also.
I saw Dr William LaPenna and as always it was a great visit…he’s a great doctor and an even better friend….he and his brother, Dr Robert LaPenna, are a class act!

When a person says it's not your heart it's great news. However in sense tells you that you are not honest which is ridiculous. I have true pain radiates to my jaw and left shoulder and autoimmune problem. Two years ago performed a catheterization, stress test and echocardiogram. Why just so they can make money and not help. So basically it's going to be hard to believe doctors are caring and helpful. Really sad . Not to be believed. Doctors need to rethink about how they rush to judgement and not take the time to read all the doctors notes. They have so many patients and they sweep you under the rug.
Saw Dr. Peck Monday. Very nice hadn't reviewed everything but said he would call me which he did today. Everything was good and to continue as before. Very nice.
Great care, Very thorough care and clear communication. Great Doctors and staff! Thank you Dr Peck for all you do.
Very polite and helpful, and professional. Very happy and pleased.
