Southwest Michigan Radiology

My husband just had an MRI at this place. The secretary lady went into the back with the nurse and sat back there laughing the whole time he was getting his test done. Mind you, I was left sitting out at desk area with the habit of. For one, I've never seen a place where the receptionist goes back in testing area. And for them to leave me out there with a guy who was talking to himself was way unprofessional. We will never go back..

They got me in very quickly.. They were very nice & understanding of my concerns. It didn't long & they gave me my CD right on the spot! No traveling to hospital records department, as has been my experience at other imaging services in Kalamazoo. Great place!

I was refered to have a CT done. I tried to return KMI call to set up a appointment 2 different time and was on hold 11 minutes and 9 minute the second call and still no one answered. i dont have all day to sit on a phone to set up appointment. Very poor service.
