Book Store At Western

I like to shop all Western University related stuff from here, just a friendly advice, to make the prices reasonable for students.

Not a very understanding place to work for, has zero empathy for their employees and staff lacks communication skills.

Unbelievably busy! After seeing the line up on move in day, we decided to order online.we got an email saying our order was complete and would be ready for pick up the next. This would have been okay except that we were leaving London the next morning. The staff at the bookstore were amazing! They accommodated us by finding one of our orders and refilling the other. It was such a relief to have that done before we had to leave town. The staff are great and we appreciated their efforts. Thank you to them!

I went to the bookstore to quickly grab a few things today and I'm glad I did. Even though it's the first week of school, people were able to get in and out fairly quickly. The cashiers were pleasant and efficient.

Really bad experience with the bookstore. When i was buying the book, the book cover was open and i asked the cashier is it allowed to return in case if i’m getting the wrong textbook and she said yes you can as long as you have the receipt and you come before 30th September for a return, that should be fine. And I didn’t wanted the textbook and wanted to return it, i also had my receipt and book in EXCELLENT condition and when i came for return the customer service member told i cant take the return as it is damaged and opened and when i told about the case when i was buying and cashier told yes it can be returned than she told i don’t know that Thing. Literally i’m not even willing to give one star to this place Worst bookstore ever, this is how they cheat lots of students and make money every year Students spend lots of amount on those books and service they get is zero REALLY DISAPPOINTED NEVER BUYING BOOKS FROM THIS LOCATION AND WOULD SUGGEST FRIENDS AND MATES TO BUY FROM OTHER PLACE AS WELL. $160 is not a small amount for a book like that

Good little selection of books. Everything looked interesting. The Western merch was a tad pricy, but it supports the university in many ways. Had a nice selection of tabletop, board, and card games. Great place to find a gift for friends and family.

The bookstore has done an excellent job at keeping people social distance while they are in the line but then their textbook line is badly designed because the people exiting from getting their textbooks have to walk between the people waiting in the line to get out and pay for their books. They also do not keep their websites up to date as to the availability of textbooks. I waited in line for 2 and a half hours for a textbook that they no longer had and had not indicated as out of stock on their website. Otherwise they have great selection though and have most things you will need for class.

Nice bookstore for Western students! Lots of stuff in inside, including clothes, hats, and other merchandise branded for Western. They can validate your parking too if you are coming in just to shop there. They offer unique items you can’t get elsewhere. We went there for Christmas shopping actually. Lots of books, clean and open store. Friendly staff. Not too difficult to get to for first timers.

Fun store with many fun knickknacks, games, stuffies and novels as well as school supplies and textbooks. I can understand how it would be pricey for students needing textbooks, however I believe that you go to school knowing that you'll be spending that much still a shame though!. It was also a great place to work for the beginning of the semester!
