I love Chapter, and this store did not disappoint! The selection of books is amazing, and I ended up finding a few new titles that caught my eye. One thing that would have made my experience even better is if the Starbucks inside wasn't closed . I was really looking forward to grabbing a coffee while I browsed, and it's a great spot to relax and unwind. The quiet atmosphere of the store itself is perfect for book lovers, and I appreciate the convenient location.

I came in Saturday morning to look for some books for a gift. It was extremely busy and rightly so. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Great customer service and the check out was really fast.

Helpful and friendly staff. Decent prices. Starbucks inside. Read or browse. This place is pretty neat. Has more than just books. Lots of mugs, collectibles and fun stuff available for sale. Seasonal items available too. Celebratory items for sale as well. Free WiFi. Some places to sit and have a read. Large children section.

Went in today with my toddler and we caught the end of the kids Halloween craft event. A super nice and informative associate in the Kids section explained the events and other ways to check out upcoming events.nnAs we were playing around with the crayons and paper offered on the tables there, my toddler was wandering a bit getting excited at all the books and toys. I tried my best to not let him mess up any displays or merch, so he was literally just walking around, oohing and aahing.nnI noticed an older white associate with dark wavy hair and glasses just kept looking at us with the most unpleasant expression as if we were destroying her department, and that we didn’t belong there. She did this several times and made me feel so weird just with her disgusting demeanour and body language. Definitely felt racially targeted. You gotta do better at hiring quality people and not angry bigots.

So many sections, so much selections. Organized beautifully. And the woman that cashed me out was so so incredibly nice and fixed my plum account for me to make it easier to access! Another employee gave me good recommendations when she noticed I was kinda pacing around unable to pick somewhere to start. Love this location very well worth the drive
