I walked into the shop as my friend has purchased two purses there before. The man offered to help me, and did so for about 10 minutes. I forewarned him that I was very picky about purses, and he picked up a number of them and offered them to me. Then I asked to see a Michael Kors one that was in the window and upon examining it, I determined that the strap was too short. He then in a very monotone tone told me to “beat it”, to which I responded with a chuckle then he said seriously “beat it and get out of my shop”. This was completely uncalled for! I never once asked him for his assistance, until I saw the purse in the window. How this guy stays in business is beyond me, especially if he treats his customers like that. Plus it looks like a money laundering scheme because the couple times I have been there no one else has been. I will never return to this horrid shop, with a TROLL for a shop keeper. The merchandise seems shoddy too and I suspect the Michael Kors purses are fakes.

My wife and I bought luggage here. They stayed open an extra 20 minutes for us. Owner/Operators were very helpful. Offered to validate parking to top it off.

Family owned business for many years, owner also runs De Caterina just across the hall in the same building. Quality European luggage cases and travel accessories.

new luggage had broken zipper which would have been fine - walked in to exchange the bag for identical working version and the staff went on the attack about not returning luggage and i couldn't get money back - before i even got a word out - i complained and was treated better as the offending staff melted into the background with no apology.

Went to get passport photos taken. Very kindly did a reshoot when I disliked the first view. Ready within 15 minutes.

Great selection, helpful staff through the phone and email especially during these times of covid.
