I had the pleasure of being assisted recently by Gustavo. He was extremely patient, friendly, and ensured I had a great experience. He was attentive and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend going to the Louis Vuitton Maison on Bloor to see him.
Extremely disappointed. Called and asked if extremely minor repairs on my LV watch case were possible. Told me no. Imagine going to Rolex and telling them your watch is having trouble and them not offering to service it for a cost. I was willing to pay of course.
Most of Louis Vuitton in Toronto has good serviceYorkdale & Saks. BUT this location is the best!! More stocks, various choices and awesome customer services!!
I recently purchased a lovely vintage Speedy 30 that needed a new zipper pull and slider! I was so happy that Cecilia was able to help me out with curb side pickup and drop off for the repair. It was done so quickly and I was happy that she gave me some options to restore my vintage bag in the future!
Gustavo as always is such an amazing SA! I was able to get my hands on hard to find items. He is very helpful and friendly and always goes above and beyond in making his customers happy and satisfied! I am glad to have met Gustavo, what a great SA!
