The store is attractive and has a nice atmosphere. I am tall and thus have trouble finding pants that fit. Luis was helpful, and found several pairs of pants that fit well.
Staff are absolutely Amazing Kezia and Miranda are superb, both are friendly and very helpful. I will definately Recommend ROOTS EATON CENTER
As a Brit, I can't think of this brand without Manuva, sitting here contemplating with this cheese on toast. But, enough of that. Roots is bloody expensive, but considering it's counterparts it's it's really good quality. The tracky b's are really soft and well worth getting, even at $90. The hoodies and t-shirts are equally as soft, and if you're looking for a nice/expensive gift for people then Roots will do you proud.

Hi and Good Day Afternoon!! I shop at Roots and always receive great customer service. I received polite and professional service from a sales associate. I do not know her name but she was very nice and also had a great attitude as do all staff members. I am always happy after I leave Roots. This applies to all stores!!. Keep up the Great Work!!.
Bad service. Big sign saying up to 70% off and two staff personnel couldn't show me one item at 70% off.
Being tall and skinny, it's hard for me to find shirts that fit me well. This store finally had a shirt that fit perfectly. I will probably buy all my shirts from here for now on.
Lovely staff!!! I was admittedly a little bit difficult, and the two ladies one with braids and one with a shaved head who greeted me were phenomenal. Not only were they incredibly helpful, but they radiated what i can only describe as a positive energy! They were so fun and kind, they looked like they were genuinely happy to be at work. The new girl who helped me find what i needed was also great! Also love the pants i got, but if you know Roots quality, that was a given ;
I went in to check out some of their hoodies and as I was checking for a medium size I couldn’t find it so I asked the only sales associate in the men’s department at that time if he could check for a size medium. He quickly replied by saying they had no sizes, so I was like fine... I got some other stuff and went to try them on in the fitting room. Another sales associate had just started her shift stationed at the fitting rooms so I figured I’ll ask her to double check if they had a size for that hoodie I initially wanted. She took the time to go and check and came back with the size I wanted. After that, I kept browsing around and found a pair of pants I liked but couldn’t find my size, so I asked the same guy if they had that size and he replied by saying they had no sizes. I had to go back to the other sales associate that again took the time to check in the back and came back with the right size. I have reported this to the manager but she took it lightly and trying to make excuses around it. I don’t get why people like that work in retail, when there’s thousands of jobs out there that don’t require facing customers... working in retail is not for everybody.
Great location, well maintained display of merchandise. Quality goods; helpful staff.
