I was in this store this afternoon to buy a pair of glasses and also a bag that wasn't available online. The Asian ladies one of them was a trainee made me so uncomfortable that I decided to walk away and go to another LV store located 50 meters away. I am disgusted by the behavior and the way how I was treated, and how they made me feel. The lady who was in the training was literally out of her mind, and she dared to judge my style...at the end, when they both figured that I am leaving, they commented that LV is not for everyone! This is the most outrageous customer service EVER! Since when someone on entry level job judges customers who are shopping in LV?!!!!!!

I am still in the store and the lady, Marcela was helping me and my fiancé with the jwellery that I wanted to buy for me and I. It was so wrong and rude of her that she made us feel like as if we couldn’t afford anything. I entered the store with the screenshots that I wanted to buy and literally we bought all three items. Worst customer service I have ever received from LV store. Yorkdale and Bloor locations are much better than this.

I am a frequent customer of Louis Vuitton. I went there june 14 after work with my work uniform because I wanted to buy sunglasses that were unavailable online. The lady working there would not stop stalking me and would not stay socially distanced away from me. Made me feel like she kept thinking I was trying to steal something. When I tried on the sunglasses she came to me to tell me I was not allowed to try them on without a mask. As a healthcare provider I am aware of the policies, but how am I going to try on glasses with a mask on. The mask is as dirty as the face is going to be. I cannot buy the glasses without trying them on and I cannot see how it looks with the mask on. There were no sanitizing equipment near the glasses station. People were touching all the glasses without sanitizing their hands or the glasses. If they were worried about health policies why did they not take precautions until I tried on the glasses? Their staff should learn not to judge people based on looks. I am coming off work I do not have time to go home and dress up to go buy glasses.

This post is long overdue but 2 years ago, I purchased a bag at this location after I had a very sour experience at Yorkdale. The staff are always very kind and the sales rep that assisted me even took the time to write a personalized handwritten note to include in the bag.

Romario was exceptional in helping me pick out a belt. After browsing online, I had a good idea of which belt I was most interested in. None the less, Romario took the time to explain the differences and key points of a variety of different belts and was very helpful throughout. A class act.

Rude and condescending staff at this store. After looking on the LV website for a replacement strap for my pochette, I went in to purchase. I was told off by a rude salesperson that the straps were not available, would take 3-6 weeks to order in, and she would have to verify my purchase history before she would allow me to place the order. I returned home and proceeded to order the strap online, pick it up 1 business day later at the same store, from the same saleslady who patronized me. You would think that for such an iconic company they would be able to hold it together when it comes to simple customer service.

Had the most amazing experience with Meaghan at this location. She was knowledgeable, kind and so helpful! Will only be shopping at this location from now on for her wonderful service. Highly recommend!

First time shopping at a LV store. I was greeted immediately by the sales team. I knew which two bags I wanted to purchase, client advisor Joseph C.checked the system to see if they had them in store. Neither was available at this location but he did recommend that I visit the store further down the street at 150 Bloor Street West since one of the bags seemed to be available there. Very helpful and friendly.

First time shopping in a LV store, staff helped me find a beautiful bag! No pushy sales employees. Offered myself and daughter and drink on the way is and as we left the store.

This LV flagship store is two floors of beautifully designed space as typical of LV stores worldwide. The customer service is excellent from the moment you walk into the store, you are greeted and made welcome whether you are just browsing or intending to make a purchase. $$$$
