Body Blitz East

I had a lovely relaxing experience at the waters spa. Clean and relaxing. The steam room was perfect temp and cleanliness. The smell on walking in was very good, not smelling of bleach and just a hint of the usual Body Blitz lime scent. I did not get a massage this time. I love the Body Blitz spa West but this East location was excellent.

I've been enjoying this female-only spa for many years. The staff are lovely and the facilities brilliantly clean with a great circuit. I have had a couple of massages there that were a 6/10. I think this is the reality for RMTs that don't really get to know the bodies they are working with. I love that the saunas are No Talking but the pools are social so it's great if u are with friends or on your own.

This is a great place to come and pamper yourself! The water therapies circuit is a pretty reasonable price if you just want to do some healing that won’t break the bank. Today I had the hair and skin renewal treatment from Naomi! She was the sweetest and took such care in everything she did. She gave me the best head and face massage I’ve ever had and felt so relaxed after the session. I don’t know how beneficial the actual treatment is though. My face did feel great afterwards but my hair felt kind of greasy after the treatment. I would do it again just for the head massage and the luxury of having someone wash my hair for me.

I had a great experience at this women’s only spa. The therapeutic circuit and sauna were so calming and enjoyable. I had a wonderful body glow massage, Naomi did an amazing job. She regularly asked about about my comfort and gave me an amazing back rub. I definitely would like to return in the future.

I love this place! I travel from Montreal mainly to visit the spa. The only downside for me are the groups of 3 or + people arriving and having loud conversations which makes difficult to unwind and relax to the sound of the fountain stream. Otherwise its great. You come out of there feeling like you're on clouds

This place does not have a spa vibe at all. The treatment room looks like a sketchy underground medical clinic and there is nothing even remotely luxurious about the place. The therapist was a lovely woman and the water circuit is ok but this is the first time I’ve left a spa and not felt refreshed at all due to the lack of spa ambiance. Not worth the money at all.

I go to do the water therapies. Used to go here a lot before covid and now I'm back. It follows covid protocol, Has a firm! no cell phone rule, And creates structure and peacefulness so you really can get a chance to relax and rejuvenate. It's a lovely thing to do,. Lovely to do with a close friend or 2.

Loved Naomi who did my treatment It was great! She gets 5 stars ! But it’s very expensive - and the robes and towels are kinda ratty . Also there was a clump of hair in my flip Flops which when I’m tapping my card for 250 you think they would catch….

Absolutely the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I booked this place as a gift for my partner, the person on the phone was very nice and helpful but that's as far as it went. Unfortunately for my partner, they were not able to attend for the schedualed time and therefore made numerous attemps to change reschedule the date. My partner did not recieve any email regarding they're scheduled appointment, confirmation, cancelation, fees and so on. They did receive a phone call where a voice-mail was left, but 4 attempts at a call back were unsuccessful as well as they day of not 1 person answered the phone or called back to work out the issue. This place charged my card and have yet to respond. My partner had been to here before with terrific satisfactory but have now lost a customer due to this unacceptable service. Absolute terrible.....Will not recommend.

Great experience! We went there with mom after a hard flight and all day of walking. We just did the walk in and they were so very nice and welcoming to accept us. The stuff is very attentive. It was must have experience after a hard day. I felt like a completely new person. The place is clean and well taken care of. I felt safe and comfortable in there. Will go again 100%!
