I recently used Bill Bochte for a real estate problem involving easements, zoning and ComEd plus a real estate closing.  Very complex case involving neighbors, utility wires that had been overhanging their property since 1941 and their demand to move them which of course interfered with the sale of my property.  Bill did an excellent job of managing all the parties, educating himself on how the case would probably go in court, gave me all the options so I could weigh it with my objectives, negotiated agreements with the neighbors and the buyers, held the deal together and reeled me in from the edge of the cliff several times.  I think Bill has pretty much seen it all in his career as a lawyer so he knows when to litigate and when to negotiate.  And even though this is a Kane County law firm and this case was in DuPage, I have every confidence he would have litigated it successfully in DuPage. Totally would use this firm again for business, real estate and divorce matters.
