My grandma and I decided to have breakfast at Bob Evans. She selected the country-fried steak with eggs over easy, fresh fruit, and rolls. I chose the new strawberry French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and home fries. Each bite was as delicious as the next, and we left very full and very satisfied!
One of the worst locations I've ever been to. Incapable of producing quality food. Dry overcooked burger, undercooked hashbrowns, over easy egg broke while they were cooking it so no yolk for the burger Customer service is a joke. Already logged a complaint to corporate. Will not return to this location.
I was taking an elderly couple out to breakfast. The husband is wheelchair bound and his wife is blind. I had parked the car and the hostess came to the car to help me get them inside. Our waitress was very patient while they discussed what to have for breakfast, also very attentive to their needs. The food was good but the service was outstanding! GREAT customer service!
Was told 15 to 20 minutes wait. Was more like 30 to 40 minute wait. Server was nice and kept up on refills. Some of the food was for the trash can. Part of the mashed potatoes was hard. Two hamburger sandwiches were so greasy that the buns were soaked. Used the butter on the rolls and the butter was very salty. Do not plan on returning. The quality of the food is what made that decision final.
Our sever did an excellent job. Food was as expected. They have mimosas now! I had one and it was decent. I was extremely impressed with our server who was running around like crazy and had some crazy, rude woman come yell at her. She maintained her composure, while holding her ground.Food: 3/5
This evening two friends and I ate supper at the Defiance location. We were told there would be about a 15 minutes wait, but it was 10 minutes or less. Our waiter's name was Kevin and even though he normally does not wait tables, he was great! I embarrassed him, but he took it all in stride. Our food was hot and very good. No complaints from any of us.
Our oven roasted, hand carved turkey dinner last year was a turkey loaf sliced on a meat slicer. Mashed potatoes were fake. Not at all what they advertised. Would never order from them again. The green beans were good.
We had a great server. I think they were, as many places are, under staffed, but he made the best of it & so did we. Food is great, as always. We enjoyed breakfast for supper.
Waited 45 minutes to get a table, at least 20 tables empty, apparently because they only have one chef. My wife was almost done with her salad when she found a hair in it. When she brought it to their attention staff laughed and said it was good she was almost done. Really?!??Food: 1/5
We walked in with our 9 month old daughter ask for a highchair and was told it was a health risk and couldn't have one so we just held our daughter which made eating a little hard with her grabbing everything My husband wanted dessert but before he could order the waitress gave us our check and walked away. It was kinda disappointing I loved this place as a child.
