If I could leave negative stars I would. Absolute horrible service. Refused entry to store with a stroller containing an infant in November. Employee refused to call the manager and claimed having a stroller was a security issue. She then had the gall to tell me to calm my husband down when he asked to speak to the manager. She told me that I had to carry the bucket with my child. So if I bump the bucket into a display and injure my child and someone else that's not a security issue? So incredibly turned off by this experience and will not shop in a store that will not accommodate families with small children.

Second time this happens that they promise the impossible just to make a sale. Besides there agressive sale tactics. 4 years shopping with them and this last burn is the last for me.

CAN I SHOP IN PEACE?! - stressfull atmosphere. - you can hear the manager shout to her sales girls to "do this - do that ". - sales girls are sooooooo annoying. - I felt like I couldn't just look and pressured to buy or try something on. - no manners, no professional ethic at all. - great selection of shoes but bring ear plugs. - the sales girl was laughing at my shoe taste, so when my bf answered back, she said something vulgar and walked away ?!?! - heard the manager say something about Haitians being the easiest clients because they will buy even if they have no money ! Maybe this is the kind of service we receive in this area of Montreal ...
