Abhorrent service received from both the teller, Cecilia and the Branch manager David Christie. I asked to speak to the manager and Mr. Christie did not even have the decency to come and speak to me. I will not be returning to this branch and will strongly consider changing banks as I have experienced a pattern of bad service from this branch specifically.

I went here to sign up for a bank account, the customer service representative who was assisting me was very rude and unwelcoming. When i asked about a promotion i signed up for on their website he looked at me like i was extremely wrong and crazy. He didn't believe me so i told him to go on their site and see for himself. He got his manager to confirm it. He never apologized or anything, and didn't explain to me how any of it worked. If it wasn't for the promotion they had going on i would have walked out and told him how to do his job when working in customer service. I recently closed my account with TD Canada Trust and now i'm wondering if i made a smart choice.
