Unfortunately, brick-and-mortar banking is showing its weakness. My appointment to approve a loan went much slower than I would have liked and I was pushed to sign up for additional products (credit card, insurance). It's not anybody's fault and certainly not the person that was helping me, but I would avoid going to a physical branch if I can in the future.
