I would give them zero if I could. Horrific customer service.  I arrived at 5 minutes to close. They refused to cash my cheque . Due to the bank closing in 5 minutes. The excuse they used " you need to get it certified before you can cash it. Even though we can clearly tell it's your paycheque." They made me feel like a criminal. I have never been treated with such disrespect at TD

Nice staff but not very helpful or knowledgeable of their own products. I wouldn’t recommend this particular branch.

Like TD in general but was very surprised about how clueless they were there. Would never deal with that branch location again.

financial and banking services are ok..but i don't know who is hiring but it's been going downhill for years now.. i am a longtime customer (30years+)  and something happened last week that i thought was cheap..  i will get my mortgage somewhere else..
