These guys are clowns, hope you never have to pick up a Uhaul from these morons, they don't inspect anything and send you off on dangerous highways not caring what happens to you. I rented an Auto transport to tow my SUV behind a 15ft truck. Just North of hope on the Coquihalla two of my tires blew almost killing me. 3 hours later the tires were replaced. I was told the tires were in bad condition and weren't properly inspected if at all and should have never been on the auto transport. Finally I got to Calgary 20 hours later to have a wheel seaze up completely. I once again had to wait for service, they came said it was fixed, but never was, finally the piece of garbage had to be towed away on a flat bed. I made a formal complaint about these idiots at BMG but of course never heard back from them. While doing the paperwork they wouldn't look you in the eyes and didn't have anything a normal Uhaul would have. These guys should not be representing Uhaul with their unprofessional rude behavior. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. And the back of their little grease shop was trashed with broken down cars and garbage, horrible place with horrible people.
