The furniture is beautiful, great quality and made in Montreal. And the staff are awesome: Gabriela, Haig, and Martin were all brilliant at helping me buy furniture for the office. Gabriela gave us lots of great advice on what to buy, they were super helpful arranging the payment and worked with me to arrange a delivery time that allowed us to get the lounge delivered in time for our big event. Now our collaborative corner looks great and is really comfortable. I would not hesitate to use Mikaza Home aka Form Furniture again.
UPDATE: We've completed our dining room with chairs, table, and light. The final product is beautiful and we have received so many compliments on everything, especially the 2 Loons table walnut. We've had the chairs for 7 months and since we sit at our table for meals, work, and socializing, they are still in great condition. We had a small manufacturers defect in one chair after a few months and it was replaced within days without question. I can't say enough good about this store. Haig is down to earth and knows his product. The selection of unique item and the quality of the product is exactly why you come to this store. And after sales service is what sets this store apart from all others.
Mikaza and the staff there have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very patient with me as i picked out a fabric. Delivery and installation were on time and super courteous. I am so happy with my - made-in-Montreal couch. The staff have continued to be wonderful with follow up and care instructions.
What an amazing place. So glad I found it. It’s so hard to find great service as well as good quality furniture but I found that in the Ottawa Mikaza. The owner Haig was helpful in finding the perfect rug for our little ones room and has been helpful choosing high quality furniture in the past. They seem to have the furniture and accents that make a house really feel like your personalized home.

Very satisfied with the product and the service! They are very selective with the manufactures they carry many Canadian. They only sell quality products, but at really fair prices! I am am still amazed with the wood craftsmanship of the dining chairs I got. Thanks so much. I will definitely come back looking for more furniture.
We bought all our modern furniture from Mikaza for our new place over the last year. These pieces all add uniqueness to our place that the likes of ikea, mobilia etc. items would not compare to. Although the prices may seem higher, you definitely get the better quality and the modern styles that is unique to the independent store and most items are Canadian made : The only issue we've has was the unanticipated difficulty in cleaning the wool rug but it is a great addition to our living room nonetheless. Staff is very pleasant and helpful and owner is almost always present to help you out with particular needs.
Terrible customer service. The owner Haig avoids follow ups at all cost…even when products are under warranty. Makes no sense. Take your money elsewhere.
Haig at Mikaza was very helpful in organizing the transportation of a chair to Romano Furniture in Montreal for repair. He personally picked up the chair from our house and delivered it back when the work was completed. We were very grateful for his service and professionalism. Thank you.
I believe I have been to every furniture store in Ottawa; no exaggeration, Mikaza Home Ottawa has the best selection of modern and classy furniture. I just purchased a living room set, the SEVAN and could not be happier. The staff is so friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning.
