They charge $14.00 to replace a watch battery, $4.00 less than at The Bay. Quick service. If you bring in five watches, the fifth battery is free.

The young woman who accepted our watch advised that it was antique and likely could not be repaired because parts are no longer made for the watch. She and their watch repairman did their best and treated our heirloom with care and respect. No luck, so it is now a beautiful pendant for my daughter and it was all done for free. Thank you!

The staff that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of watches. If you compare their prices with Amazon or any other online store they are competitive. Most of the time they'll have a better selection then online stores.
