Bliss Bakery & Bistro West Kelowna

The best Bliss!!! Unlike some of the other stores, I am always warmly greeted and my order is made to perfection. The team keeps a clean dining area and the selection of food items is always amazing. The staff are great with my indecisive son and my complicated drinks. West Kelowna is by far our favorite Bliss to visit. Keep up the great work!!!

The worst thing about this place is too many fabulous yummies to choose from... if all my favorites are on the shelf, I'm gonna hold up the line trying to pick one... they've got this new pumpkin ginger something roll... I think it's seasonal... I'm sure I'll cry when that's gone. But the girls are all so sweet I'm sure they'll help me find a replacement quick enough!

Rant to Bliss Bakery & Bistro in West Kelowna My husband has been in the hospital since January 6. I thought I would get a little something for him on Valentines to brighten his day. I bought a beautiful large heart shaped cookie at Bliss Bakery. It was decorated beautifully with little icing roses and colored lines of icing. I took it to him today in the hospital. He took one bite and the look on his face was pure disgust as he spit it into a napkin. I tasted it and it was awful. Completely dried out and it rancid tasting. I will never buy from this bakery again. I just hope it doesn’t make him sick. Thanks Bliss Bakery for making my husband’s Valentines NOT so special!

The Peachland branch is so good I wanted to try the West Kelowna one today. Meh. The almost $5.00 (for a very small portion) vegan brownie I had was ok, but the two girls working looked like they hate their lives. No smiles, not helpful at all (I stood near in front of the food cabinet and the girl stood behind the cash register and ignored me entirely), barely looking up from what they're doing and super slow to boot. It's not like the place was busy, it wasn't. You want to work in customer service, get a game face. I doubt I'll be back.

Plenty of delicious options to marry your coffee with ! The only issue I had is when I got to the cashier who declined my $100 bill, because of fake bills were reported; wasn’t mine !!
