My mocha latte was wonderful and not overly sweet but... The staff all looked like they needed the coffee more then I did. The service was slow and the $8 breaky left me very hungry. My over easy egg came to me as a hard yolk and over cooked on one side. The cookies and breakfast pastries looked good but didn't try them. The outdoor patio was a great spot right sit and visit with my family and dog. I will visit again but only for a coffee.

Customer service, or the lack thereof, leaves a lot to be desired. A friend and I walked in, to check out the cafe in mid-afternoon. There was only one other customer in the cafe, and it was a quiet time. We were still in the door when the barista yelled "what can I get you", white starring us down. I asked to be given a few moments to look at the limited menu, but she made us feel rushed and scrutinized. In light of this, we decided to leave politely, to which she juvenilely replied "yeah". Having worked in retail, I can attest this is how not to welcome your customers. Perhaps it was one employee having a bad day, but this attitude leaves a rather sordid taste in the mouth

Really lovely little spot. Kelowna needs more authentic neighborhood coffee shops like this one.
