Staff are extremely unprofessional, particularly in the evenings. I seem like more of an interruption to their social time than an appreciated customer. Had to clarify myself twice to get a very simple drink, a medium size dark roast coffee with no room for cream. Maybe hire some older staff members, the current ones seem not to care much about their job.

We go here every Thursday to knit and chat and it's always great. Good selection of drinks and a nice big table so we can all sit together.

Service is really disappointing. The last few times I haven't even been acknowledge so I've left and went somewhere else

Best coffee ever! I have never been disappointed. If you want good coffee and service you go to Blenz!
