One of my relatives really enjoys this place, and we have bought over $2,000 of gift cards here. Never once have they offered even one free coffee in return for our business. Not very friendly, and can barely mutter a thank you. Wish he didn't like it here so we could support better customer service, and nicer people.

Best Cafe In Kelowna!!
Now has lots of vegan and vegetarian options

The girls behind the counter moved slower than molasses in January. There were no other people ahead of us. It took over 25 min to get two sandwiches and a smoothie. We had to remind them of what was needed to finish the order. My sandwich was gross. Avoid this place.

This is a quiet comfortable place, good food and coffee, nice people and chill music.

Highlights were - Jalapeno Bagel and Great bacon with the breakfast.  Good service and very comfortable atmosphere
