What a lovely dinner! Haven't been to Blackstone since before the pandemic, but they have definitely upped their game. Their jerk chicken nachos are a necessary appetizer to every meal. Their steaks and ribs never disappoint. However, I tried the brisket for the first time and it was mouthwatering. The service was also excellent and the seating area is much better since they have a bigger location in the same plaza.

Awesome place for steaks. Food was delicious and sides were good quantity. We tried chef's carved tenderloin steak, 8oz tenderloin steak on stone, peppercorn chicken and beef cheese burger. We really enjoyed our food. Staff was friendly, helpful and respectful. If I could make one suggestion, I hope they improve on their Ventilation system, it was quite Smokey, triggered my migrane unfortunately. Felt a bit stuffy in the restaurant. Other than that it was good. Thank you.

Last time when I came here, it was a small restaurant. Now they have moved to a bigger space which is very nice, the ambience is great. We were a group of 8 people and ordered a bunch of stuff. Everything was great but I feel the back ribs were very fatty and the steak was but chewy for my liking. Plus they don't mention anywhere about gratuity for party of 6 or more and it was not even listed on the bill. Yet they charged us 18% gratuity. The service was good though, but they need to be clear about including gratuity.

Ordered a variety of options and everything was simply delicious. Clean space, variety of options in the menu, reasonably priced, good serving sizes and great service. The only one issue I'd like to highlight to correct expectations is that Braised Ribs on the menu, is singular, not plural, i.e. one rib, not ribs. Overall great experience.

We were going to head to the keg, but decided to give this steakhouse a try instead. The interior was not what I was expecting. Not so much Keg ambiance but more like a fancy burger joint. Smelled good though so was excited to order. We had a T-bone steak and the jerk nachos. The Jerk nachos came first. As he placed it on the table, I spotted something that didn't look like nachos. With the waiter watching, I pulled a long sticky and dirty white label from the cheesy nachos, it was labeled "Buffalo sauce." It was that satisfying cheese pull moment, but not the first bite I was hoping for. I was pretty grossed out and without saying a word, I just looked at the waiter with the label in my fingers and the look on his face honestly said "$#$#, not again." He apologized profusely and just took the entire nachos away. In the meantime, they brought the T-bone steak on a piping hot stone, sizzling and smoking. Looked and smelled fantastic. We cut into it and it was a perfect medium rare. Took a bite and holy moly - that was the chewiest steak I've ever put in my mouth. Was hoping it would get better but I could only get halfway through before I had to call it quits. My jaw was actually in pain. It was like cardboard gum. Told the waiter and he apologized and said we wouldn't have to pay for it, and we could order something else instead. I'm not joking when I say my jaw was hurting, enough that I didn't want to eat too much more.  The nachos finally came and although I was grossed out by the sticky label from before, it was really good. But my experience was already ruined, as of course I came for a steak. We asked for the bill and to my surprise, they charged us full price for the cardboard T-bone. I couldn't bother arguing. Paid, used the bathroom which was disgusting and left. Won't be back. The half eaten steak picture is what was left after the jaw workout. The waiter didn't allow me to take a picture of the label I found in the nachos before he could take it away, so that pic is of the new nachos. Hopefully others will have better luck!

Happiness is in the first bite of a well cooked steak!!! What an amazing place to celebrate my foodie experience. The ambiance was pleasant. Staffs were friendly and skilled. Both the steaks were delicious, perfect potions & very well plated  Jerk Nachos was yummm  everything was simply beyond my expectations! Thank you Blackstone Steakhouse for giving us a stupendous experience.

This is an Amazingly delicious steak house in town. Where you can enjoy delicious steaks, yummy pasta and big burgers. They have got pretty much everything in the menu. Food presentation was awesome and the servers are super friendly . We would be happy to go there again . 5 stars  For the food, ambience and service goes to you guys !!

One of the best steaks in town. Really enjoyed the food here. Every items was tastefully made. Enough portion size and great serving style. The staff was friendly and nice. Will definitely visit again.

This place is a gem. I have tried quite a few items here and they all tasted amazing! I've added photos of their steak, ribs and jerk chicken. Delicious! And the staff is also very nice and attentive towards their guests' needs. Highly recommend!

The nacho is amazing. Just get it.  Good quantity of mediocre steaks. Fries are better than the mash potatoes.  The steaks on stone feels like a bait. It looks fancy, but the stone gets cold, and the steaks that you eat at the end will be pretty raw.  The soda is barely carbonated.  Bad service, Waiter never gave us hot water; we received garlic bread at the end of the meal. No substitute option was given when they are out of the chicken cheese bread in the combination platter. Also the website menu is overkill. I do not like the slow and unnecessary animations and videos. Just give me the menu!
