Best Bubble Tea I ever had! I ordered the REALIC!OUS GOLD Fresh Mango Slush with Tapioca and the Fuzzy Peach with Peach Dice, Peach Puree, Coconut Cream, Sago, Strawberry Jasmine Reserve Green Tea. Customer service was very friendly and welcoming. Amazing experience, clean, fresh look and smells delicious.

Got the happy duo and black magic in size large. Overall flavor on the tea and toppings were good but at $9 after tax each not good enough to warrant the price. Worth a try but that's enough for me. They're a new store for SquareOne so I guess the staff are being more proactive about helping people choose what to get - - I like to read the menu myself so I found having the extra unwanted commentary to be overbearing.

Really welcoming staff and able to answer any questions you have. I got the taro drink in the small size with less sugar. There wasn’t much seating as it seems more like a take and to go sort of place. Although, I will admit it’s a bit on the pricey side for bubble tea, it was still worth the visit.

Super delicious and super friendly staff!. I got the Bobo milk tea - 30% brown sugar as recommended by staff. It had a lovely caramel taste and not too sweet. Also got the Realicious Gold mango slush - 50% sugar and it was perfect. Cups are also reusable! Will be coming back soon!

Their menu had plenty of options to choose from, including vegan and gluten-free options. They also took careful precautions to maintain a COVID-safe environment. Conclusion: Overall, I had a great experience at Urban Cova Bubble Tea Store. Their top-notch service, delicious drinks and food, and pleasant atmosphere make it a great spot for a quick snack or catch up with friends. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves bubble tea or wants to try it for the first time.

Very welcoming and nice staff members. Got the love blossom. Taste it good packaging is so nice. However on the pricy end for a bubble tea spot.

This is the second time I came to this store but I think it will be the last I come here to buy the drink. I know the store is just opened, everything is not in the shape yet, but could you please at least read the order carefully before handling it to the customer? I have been there 2 times, my drinks always did not have the toppings that I ordered. Costed extra 1.50-2.00 dollars for nothing.

I tried the Bobo Milk Tea today it was actually really good! I get 50% sugar and I really appreciated that they did indeed lower the sugar unlike other places I’ve been to and drink was awesome!! Looking forward to trying different drinks next time

Such kind staff. The reserve green tea is quite large and refreshing. I could eat 4 of the waffle hotdogs, they are hot fresh and delicious
