BIN 4 Burger Lounge

We went last night for their opening and had the Big Dipper and it was phenomenal; juicy and tender, cooked perfectly. The caramel eggnog cheesecake was also fantastic! Our server Brooke was friendly and efficient and the management team was friendly and helpful as well. This is our new favourite location!

Bin 4 has an awesome selection of burger flavours that you can never tire from. For now, I’d say the Vancouver location is better though. During this visit, the burger patty on the wild mushroom burger as well as the banh mi burger were quite dry and the fries were not crispy but kinda soggy. The eggnog cheesecake, salad, sauces, and onion rings were all great though. Drinks were nice. Really like the late night 50% off burgers after 9pm. Worth coming for again and again.

Accommodating service. Decent food. The host and servers were very accommodating towards families. They have a kids menu, but not quite suitable for smaller children. Clean. Food is a bit salty and a little dry, but generally tasty. Just know if you order the special burgers, they really go for it I.e. the black and blue is heavy on the blue cheese, which is great for me but not my partner; and the bison burner was quite spicy, which was great for my partner but not for me.

Was here during dine out. Burgers were a little pink still —> mild food poisoning. The deep fried pickles were good! The mousse was not set yet so it was very liquidy. The highlight is not the food but the service.

Very hot spot for late night meals. Finally a place around this area to take over some closed or dated restaurant. Huge variety of burgers. I would recommend either of the waygu beef burgers and blue cheese burger. The bruschetta is a decent starter. Kids menus are available as they are family friendly. Two Happy hour times from 3p to 6p and from 9 to close 10pm. Half price burgers. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available

Was looking forward to trying Bin 4 for so long. We were doing some last minute shopping at Metrotown and decided to stop by their new location since it was fairly close by. For a restaurant that has only been open 2 or 3 days, I must say they are doing everything fantastic. Quite often it can take places a few weeks to find their groove. I’m very happy to be one of the first people to review this location online. The service was amazing. The decor was clean, tidy and well organized. We ordered the red onion rings with truffle dip and I had the 1/2 pound Black and Blue burger with bacon, fries and house salad. This is my new favourite burger joint for sure. I can’t wait to return so I can sample their other burgers.

So glad the new location is now open in Burnaby! Such a cute little spot. The burger here are spot on and a place that would be my go to. Worth a go if you haven’t tried it yet!

The best burger I have ever had in my life witch was the Big Spenny, not to mention the great caramel eggnog cheesecake that was recommended by one of the servers. I can say my new years resolution will be to try every thing they have on their menu in 2023!

Jason the manager of the restaurant was a wonderful host. We were welcomed warmly and he really did go out of his way to accommodate our requirements and stay comfortable to indulge our dinner.
