This. Is a pu7bp8c warning dont bring yoilur stuff here you will regret it when i first got the locker i was under the impression that it was under 80 a month as that is what i was told on the phone it is now125 month for a unheared 5 by 8 or 10 either wa6 it is alot i would pay for 2 months in a row but somehow always have to g8ve more to top it off the first da6 of each monyh is already a month late according to Mark and th first of the following month is 2 months late at which point he will sell your locker in a auction he advertises on kijjiji and yet when you open a rental agreement for a locker he requires a security deposit and he charges multiple late fees in a month were there is nowhere he has these rates or days put in in thr rules it says there is a late fee on the 7th a late fee is put on today it was 15 but depending on the day you will get a call from mark stating that on this day a fine is added to your accout but the true worst part is how mark will treat you he is a telephone tough guy who not only will make threats not only to you but will make threats towards your m9mother he also likes to say your mentally handicaped and goes that bit farther and calls yo7 a retard and then he will cut your lock off and put one of his he also removes you from the entry thats when he will ask you to email him money that way you never get a receipt and have no idea what you are paying and will just keep calling wanting more money during this you still have no access to your locker orthe main gate when you go do2n to get access he will say hes busy come back later cause hes busy in airdrie and when you set up a day to meet him with document to show how much you have paid he will noylt be there and text you late fees add up yet going back to the rules page only once on thr 7th thatthey can charge you a late fee so if you can handle that and constant verbal abuse he will glady do it with great joy and satisfacti9n

mark the manager was really helpful to me iam a senior citizen and this moving company abandoned my load last minute . he went out of the way to arrange a movers for me so we can move out from peigan trail storage.. from what I read of the reviews here they are bashing the manager for being strict and making sure people don't leave junk behind ...I think people get upset because they don't wanna pay rent or wanna get free ride ...REMEMBER IN LIFE THERE IS NO FREE RIDE .
I GIVE EM 5 STARS AS THEY REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND

very happy and satisfied with their service stored here for 3 years and in 3 years only rent was increased once and that too only$7....safe and secure lockers and they even helped me with finding a good mover...also they really take care of your items by making sure only people who are allowed to enter , enter the facility

The Owner/Operator of this company has made false accusations, and has called to verbally abuse my Daughter as well as myself.  He has made many abusive comments to me and he keeps adding charges to the account.  Accusing of damage and debris left on-site which was already there. He is unable to have a rational conversation with anyone, only yells and screams and makes abusive accusations and remarks.  I believe he is trying to scam people for money and he should not be allowed to do business when he treats his customer's the way he does. Obviously he has done this to other people as well, and it is unacceptable for him to treat people this way.

My friend paid his locker with his credit card and by email transfer they took both payments, the owner mark said he would refunded the money but never did and he is rude, arrogant and a thief for keeping the money. I would never recommend pegain trail storage to any one it is dirty the people are rude and don't know customer service, I'm disgusted by the service provided by them and the lockers are dirty.
