When placing our order for coffee the staff was rude. The other staff members made no indication that they heard me or my friend when we tried to let them know several pots of coffee were empty. A simple acknowledgement that they were aware they were empty and more would be out in just a moment. This will be my one and only trip to this coffee shop.

I don't often give "bad" reviews although I've not once had good service at any biggby! And have given many times over the opportunity.
