Green House Cafe

Read about this place and it's wonderful reviews so we had to try it out. Meah We were here for breakfast and it was nothing spectacular. Hash Dash (I think that's what it was called) was very large with lots of hash browns and little ham. Tasty but it could have been smaller with better proportion of ingredients. Cinnamon toast was tasty but again nothing to write home about (other than here ). Omelette was tasty, a bit on the small size (I know, make up my mind, right!?). The blueberry pancake was probably the best tasting item we had. Prices are a bit high but maybe not for this area. Service seemed to be a bit offish but still somewhat friendly. We won't be stopping here again and I could have been happy not eating here at all.

Great place for business meetings and lunch. This is usually where we go. Always great soups and daily specials. Their chef salad is big enough for Andre the Giant. Seriously, get the half order. That's still more than I can eat most days! If you haven't, be sure to do a crock of the French Onion. You won't need dinner!

Decent little place to grab a quick lunch. I had the cherry chicken salad and it had some creamy cinnamon sauce in it. Tasted like sugar cereal.... Not my favorite flavor on a chicken salad sandwich. Broccoli cheddar is more tiny pieces of broccoli and not so much cheddar. I would recommend a salad.

Food was decent overall. The soup should really come with more than one tiny piece of bread though. Service was okay but its very loud and hard to hear waitress. I like the atmosphere but i think the shirts are pretty dumb. "Bacon is a vegetable" is not a good slogan as it doesn't make sense and isn't even funny. Like seriously find a different slogan.
