Big Smoke Burger

I ordered one burger from big Smoke Burger and basically the forgot the meat burger on the fire until it’s burned and I went back to ask them to change it for me, they told me with no respect “no” and nothing to do for u. The customer service is so bad specially the Indian girl she was so un respected person at all.

The only halal place in squareone. I’ve always enjoyed their burgers. But todays experience by far was the worst ever. The drinks had no taste and they refused to change them. On top of it the burgers were burnt. Extremely rude staff.

i first time try this place and i like the taste of their burger. i don't know how to order properly but one girl name lovepreet helped me to order the food, very friendly girl.

Haven't tried a burger yet, a bit pricey. Have had a few different poutines, they were pretty good and price is average for those these days. Service, basically quick and dirty, "tell me what you want, pay, get out of my face" attitude.Food: 4/5

It was a horrible experience, the chicken burger was put on my bread from the fryer dripping oil, never eat such disgusting burger. Tasteless, Only have white and red cabbage inside. Awful. I don’t indicate at all.

Fist time trying this fat food chain and I was not impressed! Burgers are fresh off the grill and juicy. Nevertheless it tasted like a previously frozen Costco beef patty. Meat was bland with just a hint of salt. The burger you see in the picture are a blue burger on the right with blue cheese and guacamole in it and on the left a regular plain cheese burger. Both tastes about the same and with only one drink and a really small poutine it came to $32!! Not impressed!

HOLY SMOKES!!! One of the best fast food burgers I’ve had. Hardwood smoke bacon pulled pork burger AND a double bacon big smoke. It’s a toss up between the 2 and I’ll have to get them both again just to be sure.

The looks are good but the flavor is just really bad. I mean how could this place mess up a burger? Not recommended.

Me and my family was there on March17 at around 8’o clock and it was way too crazy but the employees were handling everything with a smileno doubt they looked tired. But didn’t liked the way a customer was treating the employees.. Firstly ordered wrong and then was arguing with the customers even they offered replacement, they ended giving him refund but still he was shouting at the employees. Not sure, if the employees are paid enough according to their hard work. A must visit place in square one shopping mall..

The craft burger was lovely, the patty was juicy and the mushrooms and mayo complemented it perfectly. The spicy burger was also really nice, I skipped the mayo and added the gravy from the Poutine, also a hit. The chicken burger however wasn't to my taste, I chucked it. All in, I'd definitely recommend a stop at Big Smoke Burger.
