Union Burger

We tried this place for the first time. It was a bit dirty on the ground in some areas of the place and the plastic covering at the cash area is not pleasing to the eye. Our burgers took a while to make. But overall they were pretty tasty. Customer service was ok but not exceptional. I'd go back for sure but would go for takeout versus dine in.

It’s pretty good for a chain better then some of the other fast food chains like kind of feel like the quality has dropped since the first time they opened they also used to be a little bit cheaper but overall the pricing is pretty good in terms of the portion size . French fries are really good I think there cut and not frozen not sure on that assumption just a guess .

This place is ok for burgers. One of the few places that you can buy a beer and a burger in a fast food setting. The service is ok, and pretty fast but the food is average. the burgers are slightly better than mcds. the patty was not very flavourful and way to small for the bun, so the first couple bites are all bun. its 16 out of 21 on our ongoing burger list. Also the pop was totally gross. flat and did not taste like anything we purchased, we ended up throwing all 3 away.

This was my second visit at this place. Walked couple of blocks to get my food before walking back home. The patty was ten times WELL DONE. Totally burnt, dry and felt like leather. I could also smell the burnt meat. I mean it’s ruined and was supposed to be tossed away in the garbage by whoever made it. Not exaggerating at all. I’m writing this review with your food in front of me. You guys just ruined our dinner and I don’t have the energy to take this disaster back to you. Totally disappointed. Not again! 5 stars for the food. I prefer grilled burgers over flat-top burgers so these are perfect to me. Everything is cooked perfectly, and ingredients are fresh and hot. Service is kind and polite, although they could use at least one more person working to support their grill when it gets busier in the evening. These workers also need A/C! It's way too hot inside to have people working in these conditions.

Came here last night for an early supper. Ordered three mushroom Swiss burgers with veggie patties instead of beef with an assortment of added toppings. The bill came to just shy of 35$ for the three burgers, a small poutine and a reg drink. After waiting 20 mins during off-peak time, I was given my completed order and I took it home to eat at which point I found out the following. Burger #1, no Swiss cheese and no garlic mayo 2 of the 3 main components of said burger were missing so I was greeted by mushroom and only mushrooms. Burger #2 and #3 were missing the Swiss cheese, had about 3 slices of mushroom and the Bottom of the patties were burnt to a crisp. Black. At the end of the day, the restaurant agreed to refund my money. That being said this experience was a great waste of time and very disappointing. Union burger in Napanee now closed unfortunately was my favourite place to go for this specific mushroom Swiss burger. While I understand each location is independently owned and operated, It's unfortunate that there is such a variance of quality and product from one location to the next. Won't be going back.

Wide variety of burgers to select from at really great prices. The portions of food you get our quite generous and they also sell $3 beers! the staff is helpful and courteous. Nice little spot to get some late night food.

Should not even be giving it a one star. Went in for an ice cream twice now and the milk was curdled expired or old/gone bad. Disgusting.Never knew ice cream should taste hard. Had a stomach ache afterwards. Burgers were never good when I went either. Awful.

I have ordered union burger multiple times and have never been disappointed until yesterday. I ordered a grilled chicken BBQ burger last night from Uber eats and when I was eating my burger I felt something hard. I bit down and realized it was a TINY SHARP BONE!!! I was so disgusted and scared that I almost swallowed it I felt so sick the entire night and this morning. this is unacceptable and I have showed everyone I know who goes to union burger what happened and they are disgusted too. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Nice old fashioned kind of taste. Fries and rings are delicious too. Enjoyed their milkshakes, esp since they aren't ultra thick and you can actually drink it. And the nice bonus is the serving of various beers for a great low price. Overall pricing is very reasonable
