Short trail with fairly rough terrain, but has some great views. If you walk far enough up the trail, you can see nothing but the obsidian flow, and it feels like a different planet - a neat experience. We spent an hour here with our kids (7, 4, and 2). Would recommend!

Very cool. Trail could be marked better along the way and also there are some tricky spots on the trail for folks who are not in decent shape.

An awesome trail through an incredible obsidian field. Tons of pumice boulders and obsidian chunks everywhere. It is really sweet.

Beautiful but currently very frozen over! Come prepared with snow gear and chains!
