Big Fat Pita

Food quality is decent, which is the where the 2 stars come from. Hours change frequently and are not accurate, nor are they even posted. Staff has changed recently and service is inconsistent at best. Prices have gone up quite a bit which takes it from a decent spot for a fast meal to no better than any other take out in the city. If quality and service were maintained through the price increase I could give it a pass, but I won’t bother coming in anymore.

Absolutely delicious! The chicken shawarma plate with Caesar salad was amazing. The rice is moist, chicken is flavourful and well cooked, and the salad was crispy and fresh with the perfect amount of dressing I already had a few bites of both when I took the picture!. The chicken shawarma wraps are just as good, just wrapped and I think toasted in a fresh pita. Ingredients were all fresh, prepared right on time, and great portion sizes. I’ll definitely be back! Also, I arrived 10 minutes late as uber eats didn’t notify me they closed at 10pm, and the staff were so friendly and caring about the food. Great food and great customer service like this should be recognized more often. Thank you Big Fat Pita staff for great hospitality.

First time here and I love it . I got the dinner plate special for 12$ and yes I knew the portion size before coming as I saw photos from other people. Good portion for price .

Absolutely delicious!!! Many fresh vegetables including spinach to choose for your pita. Pita served hot and includes hummus and cheese if you want it. The taste was fantastic!

Is a shawarma still a shawarma if they don’t have any tahini or hummus on offer? Fresh ingredients served quickly that failed to satisfy my craving. Spit roasted chicken with garlic sauce is just a garlic chicken wrap, not a shawarma.

The two stars go to the excellent service. The lady serving me was really nice and the portion sizes were good. However the food in exception to the fries not good. I ordereda falafel wrap and fries. I believe they used pre-made falafel batter mix and they were not cooked. Although I hate wasting food, I couldn't eat it. Although the fries were really really good, the garlic sauce which was on was terrible. I went to this place to try something new outside of the regular lazeez and Osmows but this was a mistake.

Used to be good. They used to care about what they served. Ordered Falafel dinner. Falafel tasted like it was refried 3 times, Hard crunchy oil. Salad tasted like it wasn't washed. Over all disgusting and a waste of time and money. Will not go back.

I love the food here. Its fresh, healthy, and flavorful. The price is great and you can get lots of delicious food for under 15 dollars. The employees here are friendly and pleasant to talk to and they keep the place clean while following the covid rules to keep everyone safe. It's one of my favorite places to eat.

Use to be the best place. Now they close early and don't post it . The portion sizes are small . Id rather pay the extra money to know I'm getting what I am told I am getting And the new workers . The girl and the young man. wow .slow service at it's finest al. What happened to Pre pandemic BIG FAT PITA . The past year and a bit has changed everything about this place . It use to be my GO TO.
