Even though the choice was ticked off on a form, the incorrect item was made, not an issue, simple fix right? Nope, the employee instead moved onto other orders first then went back and corrected the order. They apologized for the mix up, I assured them it was not to be worried about. How’d they respond? “Oh I wasn’t worried.” The item itself...was bad. Fries were undercooked, it was drowned in ranch dressing and honestly I couldn’t even eat it ultimately.

Spent 5 years at this school, by far the worst and most overpriced food I've ever seen. I would rather eat a butter sandwich Edit: as per the other review the fries are cold and barely cooked.
