Big Boy

Clean tables. Friendly polite staff never let me bottom out my coffee cup. They even set me up with a cup for the road. Food was delicious and the wait was reasonable.

I wish I could give them less. My family and I came on a Thursday night and it was not busy and yet when we got there, there was an elderly couple waiting in front of us that told us they had already been waiting for ten minutes. More families came in behind us until there was almost 15 people were in line and STILL no one had even addressed us. 6 people left, which we should've done. Finally after we were sat, they told us to sit in a booth that only fit four comfortably when there was five of us (and other tables available that would've been a more suitable for or family) Needless to say, I'm a server and I try not to judge harshly because everyone has their bad days, HOWEVER, after taking our drink order, we were sat wondering when our drinks would arrive. Finally when we actually were brought our drinks, one was forgotten. (But now I'm agitated) and when she said she'd be back to get it, I watched her refill MULTIPLE tables drinks before every bringing a cup of coffee (which was cold) And NEVER got a refill. Not to mention, when we were sat same time as another family, they received their meal, ate it, paid, and left ALL BEFORE WE GOT OUR FOOD. Service- horrible Atmosphere- horrible Overall experience- HORRENDOUS. I have never left a review for any establishment, but it was so horrible at this specific Big Boy, I felt compelled to warn any and everyone else. DO NOT EAT HERE EVER.

Very busy, but still great service. I had the Patty melt, it was perfect and very delicious. They offered coffee to go at no charge...love this place. My husband got the super big boy, he loved it too. We will be back!!!

Good quality inexpensive food... we all as a group of 8 people LOVED it. While we were there we had all our breakfasts and dinners there...

Avoid this place. It took forever to be seated and the restaurant was only half full if that. Once seated it took at least 10 minutes for anyone to come ASK what we wanted to drink. After waiting for at least 30 minutes our food was cold when it was brought to us. I asked for hot replacement food and it was brought out on one plate and we had to divide it up. I reminded her that I had asked for water when we were seated half an hour ago. She brought a glass of water and tossed the straw on top of my plate of food. Over all VERY disorganized staff. Management is obviously lacking.
