Big Ben's Auto Ltd.

I have now been twice to Big Ben's for my A/C service on my limousines and Ben was excellence and accommodating. He dropped what he was doing and looked at my limo because he knew I was pressing for time. Ben got it completed on time and I had happy & cool customers thanks to Ben. Lisa was also very friendly and pleasant and also have me a ride when I had to leave my SUV Limo so Ben can complete the work required.

Great service. Good rates too. Like another reviewer said, he takes the time to show you the part that needed replacing, and how it had gone bad. Not many shops do that. Also kudos to Lisa and her 5 star shuttle service!

Superb service, very friendly, very good hour rate. I had an issue with my truck cranking but not starting while in a weekend trip away from home. They did take time to take a look and repair my truck even with their busy scedule! (Must have been after regular opening hour time) Can't thanks them enough for that fast service! Big thumbs up!

If you ever wondered a place like this existed, it does. Ben will give you all your possible options, auto repairs could sometime be very costly. Ben gave me solutions with all my options in terms of pricing. Since I don’t know very much about cars, he explained everything in a way I understood, and why I need some of the repairs done. If it is a safety concern, he let me know. I have a 1998 model car and he got it running smoothly at an extremely reasonable price. He’s also very accommodating in terms of turnaround, my exhaust pipe broke one morning, he got it done within a couple of hours without an appointment. Maybe I just got lucky that day but doesn’t matter, bottom line, he made me happy with the service and price. Thank you Ben.

Extremely nice guy shows you all the parts he uses and the old/broken parts he removed would recommend to anyone
