Writing this review after multiple terrible experiences. Staff barely make eye contact, my food and coffee drinks have been made wrong on almost every visit. Staff unapologetic for their mistakes. Sucks to drive to westnedge to get a decent bagel.

It's a unique place with really good bagel sandwiches. Feels friendlier and less corporate than Panera. The breakfast BLT on cinnamon raisin is my favorite!
